Who is Han Tümertekin?
With significant projects in Turkey, Netherlands, Japan, Canada, United Kingdom and France, Han Tümertekin is one of the top architects in Turkey. After graduating from İstanbul Technical University, Tümertekin carried out studies on historic preservation. In addition to his professional career, he has been a contributing professor since 1992. Tümertekin is among the founders and executives of İstanbul Bilgi University Master's Program on Architecture. He is also guest lecturer at Harvard Graduate School of Design, Ecole Speciale d'Architecture-Paris and Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lousanne. Tümertekin has been awarded by many national and international contests, and some of his projects have been published by Harvard University Press.
